Remote Control for SELENA Clocks and Timers

The remote controls included with all Selena clocks are used to perform all functions, presets, modes and programming of the clocks, timers, counters, temperature control, brightness and alarms operation.
All presets and modes of operation are stored in the clock internal memory that is retained even without power or battery backup.

SELENA Remote Control Keys

MUTE

The approximate range of operation is 30 Feet ( 10 meters ).
Each remote control unit requires 2 pcs of size AA batteries for operation. The batteries are INCLUDED with all shipped sets. For orders with larger number of clocks, the customer may request a discount for the remote controls that are not needed with all clocks or timers.

NOTE: The SELENA remote controls are compatible with any RCA or Universal TV remote control. They can be used in case the original remote control is lost or not operational.

Mute the internal buzzer or turn OFF the internal relay
in the Alarm and control modes.
Also used to access the clock preset and programming modes.

TALK

Initiate the Talking option and for special programming modes.

CLK

Press this key to set the Remote to the Clock Communication mode.

AP2

Special keys to set the Remote to communicate with other appliances.

COUNT
UP

Increment the preset value during programming or the count in the manual counter mode.
Also used to display special memory contents

COUNT
DN

Decrement the preset value during programming or the count in the manual counter mode.
Also used to display special memory contents

SELECT
NXT

Move the cursor for the preset value during programming.
Also used to access the clock time preset and to adjust the display brightness.

SELECT
FUN

Move to the next screen during programming.
Also used to acess the clock functions preset mode.

SET

Initiate the preset mode for timers and counters.

STRT

Start or Restart timer or counter.

STOP

Stop or Halt timer or counter.

Jump to the next display screen or restart the alternating display.

SCAN

HOLD

Freeze the alternating display screen.
Also used to save data in some programming modes.

CLR

Reset seconds to 0 during preset of the clock and timers / counters.
Also used to reset data in some programming modes.

NOTE: Each time a key is pressed, the LED lamp on the remote should light up solid to indicate that the remote control batteries are in good condition.
